The formula contains ingredients like Uriage Thermal Water, non-ionic surfactants and extremely gentle solvent & cornflower floral water. The product is ophthalmologically tested safe.

HOW TO USE
- Step 1: Shake well before each use to mix the 2 phases together
- Step 2: Apply on cotton pad. Hold a cotton pad soaked with the lotion on each closed eye
- Step 3: Gently pat the cotton pad on the eyelid for 10 seconds, to dissolve eye shadow well, and then wipe over eyelashes without rubbing, from the root towards the tip.
