Are the products original and authentic?

Yes, absolutely. All products are 100% original, genuine, and sourced directly from licensed and authorized distributors in the UAE. We do not sell fake, duplicate, or grey-market items. Your health and safety are our top priority.

Will I receive my products altogether?

While we aim to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. We will contact you if there is a partial delivery.

How can I get a refund for my cancelled order?

A refund will be automatically initiated when your order is cancelled by Easy Pharmacy Online or when you have initiated the cancellation. Refunds are also processed if an order or payment is unsuccessful. You will be notified by email once the refund is completed. For credit or debit card transactions, refunds are returned to the respective card and may take up to 15 business days depending on the bank. Read our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

What is the return policy?

Eligible unopened products may be returned within 72 hours of purchase in their original packaging with the original price tags and labels. An AED 25 return collection fee applies to eligible customer-requested returns and may be deducted from the refund. No return fee applies if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Some hygiene-sensitive, intimate, personal-care, baby-feeding, opened, used, or temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned where restricted by applicable requirements. What will happen if I missed the delivery?

If there is no one at the delivery address, delivery can be rescheduled by contacting us on call or WhatsApp at +971 56 190 7510. We will reattempt delivery, after which we may cancel the order if there is no response.
