Refund & Return Policy – Easy Pharmacy LLC

At Easy Pharmacy LLC, customer health and safety are our priority. We sell authentic health, wellness, beauty, mother and baby, personal care, and medical device products in the UAE. We do not sell prescription medicines online.

Easy Pharmacy Return Summary

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery.
  • Return condition: only new, unopened, unused, sealed products in original packaging are accepted.
  • Return method: by courier/mail after contacting Easy Pharmacy support.
  • Return label: customer responsibility.
  • Return cost: an AED 25 return pickup and handling fee applies for approved customer-requested returns.
  • Defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect items: Easy Pharmacy covers the return cost.
  • Restocking fee: no restocking fee.
  • Refund processing time: approved refunds are processed within 4 business days after inspection.

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval by Easy Pharmacy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the product must be new, unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels included.

For hygiene, safety, and UAE regulatory reasons, some products cannot be returned once delivered, opened, or used, including:

  • Opened skincare, beauty, hair care, or personal care products
  • Vitamins, supplements, and consumable wellness products once delivered
  • Intimate wellness products
  • Baby feeding products, bottles, pacifiers, and hygiene-sensitive baby items
  • Opened or used medical devices, monitors, and equipment
  • Products with broken seals, damaged packaging, missing parts, or signs of use

Return Cost

For approved customer-requested returns, a return pickup and handling fee of AED 25 applies. This fee may be deducted from the approved refund amount.

If the item received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, Easy Pharmacy will cover the return cost and arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed within 4 business days after inspection. In some cases, bank or payment-provider processing may take longer.

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will contact you to arrange the approved refund method.

Damaged, Defective, Expired, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional return cost.
