Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use myeasypharmacy.ae or place an order with Easy Pharmacy LLC. By using the website or completing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our Online Store
Easy Pharmacy LLC offers health, wellness, beauty, mother and baby, personal-care and medical-device products in the UAE. We do not sell prescription medicines online.
Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Product packaging, labels or colours may change without notice. Website information is general guidance and does not replace professional medical advice. Always read the product label and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Orders and Acceptance
Orders are subject to availability, verification and acceptance. We may contact you to confirm an order or cancel an order affected by incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or unverifiable information.
Prices and VAT
Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Payment
Orders are currently paid by Cash on Delivery. An AED 10 Cash on Delivery service fee applies once per order when the order subtotal is below AED 100. Orders with a subtotal of AED 100 or more have no Cash on Delivery service fee.
This is a payment-service charge, not a shipping or handling charge. Any applicable fee is shown during checkout before the order is completed.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling are free on every UAE order, with no minimum order value. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, access restrictions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible unopened, unused, and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and our Refund & Return Policy. For approved customer-requested returns, an AED 25 return pickup and handling fee applies and may be deducted from the refund. No return fee applies when the item received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned after delivery. These may include opened or used products, temperature-sensitive items, intimate or hygiene-sensitive products, baby-feeding products, consumables, supplements, cosmetics, skincare products and medical devices.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. After verification, we may arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or collection at no return cost to the customer.
Website Use and Liability
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully. To the extent permitted by law, Easy Pharmacy LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy and Governing Law
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE requirements. These terms are governed by UAE law, with disputes subject to the courts of Dubai where legally permitted.
