Easy Pharmacy LLC delivers orders across the United Arab Emirates.

Free UAE Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling are free on every UAE order. There is no minimum order value.

Cash on Delivery Service Fee

An AED 10 Cash on Delivery service fee applies once per order when the order subtotal is below AED 100. Orders with a subtotal of AED 100 or more have no Cash on Delivery service fee.

This is a payment-service charge, not a shipping or handling charge. Any applicable fee is shown during checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to available service areas across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weekends, access restrictions, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders placed after 5 PM, on weekends or during UAE public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Order confirmation and tracking information may be provided by email, SMS, WhatsApp or our courier partner. Please provide an accurate delivery address and reachable UAE mobile number.

Delivery Problems

If an order is delayed, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or not received, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the courier.
