Description
Prima Home Test Pregnancy HCG Test is an immunochromatographic device which detects HCG hormone in urine through special gold-conjugated monoclonal antibodies included in the reactive strip. During the very first phases of pregnancy, the fertilised egg is carried from the Fallopian tubes to the uterus, where it implants after about seven days. In this phase, the tissue that will eventually form the placenta starts producing human chorionic gonadotropin, also known as the HCG hormone, which is essential for the development and continuation of the pregnancy. The early appearance and rapid increase in the concentration of the hCG hormone in the urine makes it an excellent marker to confirm the beginning of a pregnancy. The HCG-strip monitors the concentration of HCG hormone in urine in order to verify a possible pregnancy. The package contains sealed aluminium bags containing 1 device for the PREGNANCY HCG TEST including a protective cap and 1 desiccant packet, 1 instructions for use leaflet.
