HOW TO USE
- Release main body straps
- With light grey channel at top of foot, insert foot through both main body loops, so heel is exposed between upper and lower body
- Adjust lower body to position light grey strap under ball of foot
- Secure main body straps around ankle (top strap left, bottom strap right)
- Release secondary strap
- Position foot at 90 degree angle
- Pull secondary strap to tighten crisscross strap and hold foot at stretched position, secure to main body
