La Roche Posay Effaclar Micellar Water is a no-rinse cleanser that purifies skin and cleanses down to microscopic pollution particles. HOW TO USE
- Apply La Roche-Posay Effaclar Micellar Water Makeup Remover for Oily Skin to a cotton pad. Step 2: Gently wipe face, eyes, and lips. Repeat until cotton pad looks clean. No rinse necessary. Dry the skin gently using a clean towel or cotton pad. Use as a makeup remover, cleanser or a purifying toner for oily skin.
