HOW TO USE
- Use twice a day on the most stressed areas with a gentle massage until completely absorbed. Preferably apply to clean, dry skin.
- Hips: Apply twice daily and massage in with the heel of the hand in a circular motion until fully absorbed.
- Breasts: Apply twice daily and massage into each breast in a circular motion using the opposite hand.
- Abdomen: Apply twice daily in a clockwise circular motion until fully absorbed.
