Description
Etat Pur Purifying Cleansing Micellar Water is a copper- and zinc-based micellar solution that removes makeup while cleansing and purifying the face and eyes in a single step. It contains small micelles, capable of gently “capturing” makeup residues on the face, eyes and lips. These micelles also remove impurities present on the skin’s surface. Copper and zinc, which strengthen the cleansing micelle's ability to eliminate excess sebum and restore skin’s balance, especially for combination to oily skin.

HOW TO USE
- Apply in the morning, to eliminate impurities and excess sebum that have accumulated on the skin during the night
- Apply to the face, eye area and neck using a cotton pad or reusable cotton pad until there are no traces or dirt or makeup left behind on the cotton pad
- Do not rub in. Do not rinse. You may need more than 1 cotton pad for makeup removal
