This tablet often contains additional nutrients such as iodine, biotin, and coenzyme Q10, L-carnitine, grapeseed, and cranberry extracts, which are believed to support various aspects of teenage girls' health, including energy release, immune function, and skin health. Vitamin B6 & iron which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity & supports normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin respectively. HOW TO USE
- Take one Vitabiotics Wellteen Her Tablet per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not to be taken on an empty stomach.
