Description
Back Brace with cool pads, helps relieve lower back pain. The brace allows tired muscles to relax while it supports spine. There are special pockets for either heat or cool pads, to deliver soothing warmth or cooling relief to reduce swelling. It is lightweight, easy to use and comfortable to wear with a contour-fit for maximum support.

HOW TO USE
- Release the velcro straps
- If using the cool pads make sure these have been in the freezer or fridge for at least 30minutes
- Put the cool pads into the inner pockets of the back brace
- With the blue fabric side against body wrap the back brace round and fasten at the front of waist
- Adjust the tension / fit to suit, the brace should be orientated with the curve section of the brace on the top
