Description
Brewer's Yeast has several naturally occurring vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients. Brewer’s yeast offers other components such as amino acids and beta-glucans. Brewer's Yeast has naturally occurring B-vitamins such as: Thiamin (Vitamin B-1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2), Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid. Brewer's yeast is a source of B vitamins and protein. It also contains chromium, which might help the body use insulin better and lower blood sugar levels.
