La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Dark Spot Corrective Cream SPF30 With Melasyl & Niacinamide for dark Spots is specially formulated to correct and protect the skin from hyperpigmentation spots and evens out the skin tone. With UV filters it provides protection from a broad spectrum of UV radiation. This formula is composed of Multi-patented Melasyl which has a new and unique mechanism of action. It intercepts excess Melanin before it marks the skin. Melasyl proved a superior anti-pigmentation efficacy versus 5 referent actives. It also contains 5% Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) which is known for its ability to sooth the skin, strengthen the skin barrier and correct dark spots. It reduces post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and even stubborn dark spots to reveal a brighter, more even complexion. Micro-inflammation is the common trigger for every pigmentary disorder and leads to an over-production of melanin. Niacinamide is a powerhouse ingredient that helps fade hyperpigmentation but also helps repair the skin barrier. This formula is also enriched with La-Roche Posay thermal spring water which has skin-soothing benefits for visibly more even skin tone, while also being safe for all skin colors and types. La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water contains a unique combination of minerals, trace elements, and a high concentration of selenium, a natural antioxidant. La Roche- Posay Mela B3 SPF30 Moisturizing Cream is a daily moisturizing anti-aging formula that visibly reduces the appearance of pigmentation spots and decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun if used as direct with other sun protection measures. This formula is tested under dermatological control and it is non-comedogenic and allergy tested and suitable for all skin types of even sensitive skin.
