La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+ SPF30 Anti-Mark Corrective Unclogging Care Cream For Oily & Acne Prone Skin protects against UV rays and environmental aggressors that can aggravate skin imperfections, fighting breakouts and minimizing the appearance of marks and blemishes. Powerful anti-imperfection, anti-mark skincare that unclogs pores and prevents breakouts, thanks to Niacinamide, LHA and Procerad. XL-PROTECT technology provides protection from UVA and UVB rays, as well as the damaging effects of pollution. Lipo-Hydroxy Acid, also known as LHA, is a derivative of salicylic acid, and has exfoliating and skin surface renewing properties. Niacinamide promotes the presence of essential constituents of the "cement" found in-between skin cells, also called ceramides. It is mainly used to strengthen skin barrier function and to act as a soothing agent to relieve itching. Procerad helps prevent the appearance of red or brown marks and prevents post-acne marks.
