Braun Thermoscan Hygiene Caps Ear Thermometer Covers allows precise and hygienic temperature measurements. Braun Disposable protective caps ensure hygienic use without cleaning or disinfecting the sensor, thus preventing cross-contamination. It is important that the Braun ThermoScan protective caps on the temperature sensor are replaced after each use. In addition, replacing the brown protective cap does not collect dirt and ear wax after the measurement, thereby blocking the sensor area, which can lead to inaccurate measurement results. Fitting a new braun hygiene cap each time ensures that dirt or ear wax doesn’t build up and clog the sensor window, which could lead to inaccurate temperature readings. Braun Thermoscan Hygiene Caps Ear Thermometer Covers are made BPA and latex free and are suitable for all Braun ThermoScan IRT ear thermometers.

- Attach a new lens filter by pushing the thermometer probe straight into the lens filter inside the box and then pulling out
- The Braun ThermoScan will not work unless a lens filter is attached
- Always replace disposable lens filters to maintain accuracy and hygiene
