All the essential functions for blood pressure monitoring are in a smart compact unit. The UA-651 was designed with A&D's original concept of blood pressure monitors for easy and accurate monitoring in mind. With a 3-line display, one-touch operation and 30-memory, it retains our fundamental principle of designing easy-to-use monitors.

HOW TO USE

  • Place the cuff on the arm at heart level (preferably the left arm), sit quietly
  • Press the START button, zero is displayed blinking briefly
  • Display changes, as the measurement begins
  • The cuff starts to inflate to feel very tight
  • A pressure bar indicator is displayed during inflation
  • If you wish to stop inflation at any time, press the START button again
  • When inflation is complete, deflation starts automatically and the (heart mark) blinks, indicating that the measurement is in progress
  • Once the pulse is detected, the mark blinks with each pulse beat
  • If an appropriate pressure is not obtained, the device starts to inflate again automatically
  • When the measurement is complete, the systolic and diastolic pressure readings and pulse rate are displayed
  • The cuff exhausts the remaining air and deflates completely
  • Model UA-651 is provided with an automatic power -off function
  • Allow at least 3 minutes between measurements on the same person
