R & R Soft Cold/Hot Pack is suitable for both cold and hot therapy. The Soft Cold/Hot Pack retains heat or coolness for minimum of 45-60 minutes. The Cold/Hot Pack's gel remains soft and flexible after freezing, even in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius. It is Convenient, handy and your best partner for home healthcare.

HOW TO USE
- Cold Therapy: Place the pack in a freezer for at least 15-20 minutes before each use. Remove and wrap the pack in a dry towel and apply to affected area.
- Hot Therapy (Hot water): Place the pack in hot water (max 80 C) for 15-20 minutes. Remove and wrap the pack in a dry towel. Apply to affected area.
- Hot Therapy (Microwave oven): Place the pack in a microwave oven (recommended 800W). Ensure that the get is evenly distributed in the pack. Heat the pack for 35 seconds at a low power setting. Heating times will vary with the power of the microwave. If more heat is required, heat in additional 10-seconds increments until the desired temperature is reached. Allow the pack to rest at least 1 minute before application.
