HOW TO USE
- After cleansing, place a dime-size amount (3-4 pumps) of C-Balancing Toner on a cotton ball and apply to the entire face and let dry.
- Do not rinse off.
- Use twice daily.
- For optimal results, use Obagi cleanser and moisturizer and follow with Obagi sunscreen while exposing to the sun.
