HOW TO USE
- Un-screw the protective cap from the Massager roller head
- Apply the massager roller head directly to the area of concern
- Move the massage roller back and forth over the area applying a comfortable amount of pressure
- To use the massager with the topical gel, unlock the massage head by turning the cap anti-clockwise
- Remove the capsule and fill the head with topical gel
- Lock the massage head back into the handle.
